- Make a sauce of ur tomatoes by frying chopped tomatoes or tomato paste and lightly season it to ur taste
- Spread tomato sauce lightly in the base of ur oven proof dish. Arrange ur chicken filled tortillas next with d sealed end facing down. Spread with remaining tomato sauce and generously sprinkle ur grated cheese. Lastly sprinkle some black papper and pop in ur oven till cheese has melted.
