  23. Make ready 1/2 medium size green capsicum cut 1/2” diagonally
  24. Make ready 1/2 medium size red capsicum cut 1/2” diagonally

  27. Get 2 Tbsp cornflour mixed in 1 cup water

  5. Add capsicums, onion and spring onion and cook for 2 mins. Stir in cornflour mixture and cook till it’s a thick gravy.
  6. Add deep fried mushrooms and toss well to coat. Drizzle the sesame oil and sprinkle chilli flakes
  7. Plate and enjoy with steamed rice or noodles or on it's own as a side dish
