  1. In a pan add 2 tbps oil and red chillies, roughly chopped ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black pepper. Saute it for 1 minute.

  6. Now in a same pan add that grinded paste with one cup water and spices like red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala.
  7. Now add mushroom and capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes.
  8. Now chilli mushroom is ready to serve with any naan or roti.
