- Ek pan mein chicken ykhni dal kar boil karein phir is mein Shredded chicken,cron, carrots dal kar cook karein./5 se 7 minutes.
- Add all sauces, black pepper, chicken powder, green chillies,
- Salt,soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, kechup, Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Add cabbage, capsicum and cook.
- Dissolve cornflour in half cup of water and add in soup
- And Finally beat eggs pour in soup pot in circle. Don't mix till 10 seconds and last spring onion sprinkle in a soup.
- Serve hot with crackers. - Hot & sour soup is ready.
