  4. Give tempered (bay leaf+ radhuni) to the oil after fish fry. The nice aroma of radhuni will arise. Then add ginger paste and splited green chilli. Stir for 1 min and add raw papaya. Add salt and turmeric and cook medium to low flame for 6-7 mins untill papaya 80 percent cooked.
  5. Add water and cook in high flame. When water get boiled add cumin and corriender powder, fish pieces and cooked for 10 mins in high flame. Add daler bori, salt, sugar, atlast and mix properly. Switch off flame.
  6. Serve hot with steam rice and ghee.
