- Make a hard boiled eggs and roughly chop into small pieces. Slice the carrots and red turnips, tear the greens into bite-size pieces and put on a plate.
- Slice the spam into 1cm slices and cut each piece in half. Fry in a pan - without oil - until browned and crispy (important for best flavour!). Once cooked, let to cool for a while.
