- In a pan add some oil,add in mustard seeds,asafetida,turmeric and salt.Add sprouts and add little bit water and just sauté them for few minutes (5-10).
- In a bowl,add cooked sprouts,green chutney,garlic chutney,red chilli powder,salt,chat masala,lemon juice,chopped onion,chopped cucumber,corn and cilantro.Mix it well.All ready to serve.Enjoy this healthy and fulfilling dish.
- For sprouts,I soaked green gram in morning and by evening I drained them completely and dry them.Now add it to air tight container and put in warm and dark place atleast overnight.If not done by morning next day keep it till night.i Preheat oven lil bit and put the container in oven.(Turn off oven after preheated little bit.)
Drain the water using a colander and transfer the green grams into a bigger bowl. Wash the green gram well and soak overnight in plenty of water. Next morning, drain the water and wrap the soaked green gram in wet paper towels or soft cotton/cheese cloth.
