- Heat pure ghee in a kadahi till it melts.
- Put jaggery in this ghee and stir till the jaggery melts. Keep stirring continuously.
- Now add roasted gram lentil and stir in jaggery. Switch off the flame. Stir it continuously till jaggery turns tight.
- Now transfer the mixture in a plate and allow it to cool.
- When cool make ladoo with the help of your palms.
